Countries all over the world are making rapid progress in advancing gender equality. But women are still not equal to men in the world. From health and education to labor and income, women and girls around the world face barriers to achieve their potential because of their gender. To provide socio-economic health and political empowerment, our organization has implemented several developmental initiatives for women empowerment in Jharkhand.

Save Life Mission Project aims to raise awareness and promote community-led engagement in suicide prevention. We provide suicide prevention awareness to school students, seeking to create a society in which everyone has the desire to live, even when they face hardships or are pushed into a corner.

We have been providing free security guard training for the last 3 years especially in Jharkhand to the weaker sections of the society.

The National Training Partner (NTP) under Rashtriya Kishori Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK) was organized in Jharkhand. The objective of the partnership with the government for this program is to expand the reach of the program to all adolescents in the state, with a special focus on those who are socially and economically marginalized. The training covers six strategic areas: nutrition, sexual reproductive health, non-communicable diseases, substance misuse, injuries & violence, and mental health

Education is one of the most powerful tools for transforming lives and breaking the cycle of poverty. Shining Jharkhand Trust supports students through scholarships, educational resources, digital learning opportunities, career guidance, and academic mentorship. For eligible students, 100% of college tuition fees are covered by Shining Jharkhand Trust, ensuring that financial challenges never become a barrier to higher education. Our mission is to help every child and young learner achieve their full potential through quality education and continuous support.

Access to quality healthcare is essential for a healthy and productive life. Our healthcare initiatives include free medical camps, health awareness programs, nutrition support, maternal and child healthcare services, and wellness education. Through these efforts, we aim to improve overall community health, prevent diseases, and promote healthier lifestyles among underserved populations.

Protecting the environment is a shared responsibility. Shining Jharkhand Trust conducts tree plantation drives, environmental awareness campaigns, waste management initiatives, and water conservation programs to encourage sustainable living practices. Our environmental projects are designed to create greener communities while ensuring a healthier and more sustainable future for coming generations.

Our rural development initiatives focus on improving the quality of life in villages through livelihood enhancement programs, sustainable agriculture training, clean water access, skill development, and community infrastructure support. By empowering rural communities with resources and opportunities, we help create long-term economic growth and social progress.
