Shining Jharkhand is a women-led nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the most vulnerable sections of society—children, women, and marginalized communitiesacross the state of Jharkhand. Deeply rooted in rural and tribal regions, the organization works with a mission to drive social transformation through education, health, livelihood promotion, women’s empowerment, and sustainable development. Established with a vision to build a brighter, equitable, and progressive Jharkhand, the organization focuses on strengthening community participation, enhancing capacities, promoting rights and awareness, and enabling self-reliance at the grassroots level.
The aim of Unnati Educational and Charitable Trust is to motivate the financially weak and needy students of the society to get higher education and to divert them towards higher education by taking responsibility of their 100% college fees.
Shining Jharkhand is a grassroots organization committed to fostering inclusive and sustainable development for underserved communities. Since its inception, it has been actively addressing critical social challenges such as poverty, lack of education, unemployment, and gender inequality. Through a focused approach on women empowerment, child development, youth skill training, and livelihood generation, the organization implements community-based programs that create meaningful and measurable impact. It firmly believes in empowering individuals through awareness, capacity building, and access to opportunities, enabling them to lead dignified and selfreliant lives.

Secretary
Puja Kumari serves as the Secretary of Shining Jharkhand and plays a key role in planning, coordination, and implementation of the organization’s programs. She is dedicated to community development and actively works towards empowering women, youth, and marginalized groups through various initiatives. Her commitment and leadership contribute significantly to the organization’s mission of sustainable and inclusive development.
